 Aaron was recommended to me by my future sister in law. I heard how fantastic he was with the purchase of their home and he was the exact same way with us. Recommending to family is hard thing to do unless you really trust the person doing the work. There isn't a person I wouldn't recommend to  Aaron. My mortgage processor was a nightmare to the point of almost having the home sale fall through. Aaron was there every step of the way with me advocating for me and getting things back on track. He provided cooler calmer heads when the sale of the home was going south and gave objective input to allow me to take my own emotions out of the sale, all while being reassuring and respectful of my decisions and supporting whatever I needed. This was not my first home purchase, so I have had some experience, but Aaron was very thorough in explaining the home buying process and recommending things that proved to be very helpful along with way. His knowledge and background in real estate made me feel more confident that the decision I was making was the right one, but he also advised me when he felt something wasn't a fit for me. There was no pressure to buy a house outside of my price range and no push to buy a house I needed to flip (I have the ability to do so). Everything was my decision but his input was always honest and helpful. Despite his vast knowledge, this was a very unique sale with lots of complicated issues that kept arising. Aaron was able to look into these issues quickly, find solutions, and keep me in the loop during those times as well rather than the easy way out other realtors take with a "I'll get back to you on that." He left some very thoughtful and helpful items that made the first few days in my new home much less stressful.  We were so lucky to have Aaron as our realtor when we bought our home! He has worked on the lending side of real estate for a long time, so his thorough knowledge of the banking process and options was invaluable to us. He was able to help us get a great loan, and he pushed through some tricky  hoops to make sure it worked out the very best way possible. He was always willing to stop and talk us through how everything worked so we understood completely what was going on and what our options were. Our buying process ended up being trickier than we thought initially, due to things in the inspection and just some curveballs thrown by the sellers, and I was very impressed at how hard Aaron worked and how skillfully he managed some delicate negotiations. Aaron was never "salesy." It felt like he really understood our needs and tried to always do what was best for our situation. He is also just a great guy and is still quick to offer help, even for things that don't relate to buying the house! Just a great person all around and a fantastic realtor to work with!
